A client can be in love with a plan and selections, only to be disappointed in the final outcome. Lassale Homes closes this gap!

We recognize issues that need to be addressed in order to get a project started and keep it progressing smoothly. We anticipate potential obstacles, ask the difficult questions so you don’t have to, and guide you through the entire design and building process from start to finish.

DESIGN+BUILD Advantages

Early in the design process, we will go over your budgetary guidelines with you, and establish a price point that you are comfortable with. We will target your budget throughout the design process and give you options and feedback to keep you within budget as effectively as possible. If you are exceeding your budget, we’ll immediately discuss this with you, to help you to make informed design decisions accordingly.

To prepare for construction, we review and handle any difficult site conditions, site preparations, zoning variances and demolition of any existing structures (if applicable). Lassale will always have a plan in place to deal with any of these conditions prior to construction, in order to save you time and money.

We’ll talk you through our three-step design process working at your pace and dedicating our time and resources to clarifying every issue. We won’t progress to the next step until you are completely satisfied.

Preliminary Design

In this important stage, we take the time to learn about your tastes and ideas, your lifestyle, and the site of your new home. We incorporate all of this into a Personalized Project Criteria, which we use to design and prepare conceptual drawings; complete with floor plans, front exterior sketch and site plan concept. These drawings will creatively and artistically reflect all of your project requirements. We progress to Step Two only when you are ready.

Design Development

Once you have approved the conceptual designs, we work with our team of professionals to create preliminary computer-drafted “block-out drawings”. This exciting step will allow you to view computer drawings, giving you an insight as to what your home will eventually look like, with all exterior elevations. Any necessary revisions will be made to ensure that all of your design and project requirements are met and satisfied.

Construction Preparation

Once you approve the preliminary computer “block-out drawings”, we move forward to complete your final construction drawings. These drawings are structurally engineered with all necessary dimensions and details. Our construction drawings are the most complete in the industry.

As construction gets started, open and consistent communication is the most important factor for a smooth running, stress-free experience. We will schedule periodic meetings with you; to review interior and exterior finish material options, make selections, and to get updates on the construction progress. We will also have “site walk-through’s” with you at key points of construction.

Ongoing collaboration between our team and yourself continues throughout the project and until it is completed. This ensures a pleasurable home building experience; and guarantees that your home will be finished on time and on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Our personalized service continues after you move in. We want to make sure that everything is functioning properly and that you are enjoying every aspect of your new home.
